Mrs. Clara Beeri Kasser-Tee is the Founder and Head of Chambers of Kasser Law Firm, and a Lecturer at GIMPA. Since being called to the Ghana Bar, having graduated at the top of her class, (a recipient of the prestigious John Mensah Sarbah Prize given to the best overall (all round) graduating lawyer), Clara has advised, researched and written legal briefs to several multinational companies and international law firms with respect to corporate and commercial law, taxation, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, etc in Ghana. Clara has also liaised with Parliament, public bodies and foreign lawyers on several legal issues bordering on law and regulation. Clara has published articles on Oil and gas law, Environmental Law and Regulation in Ghana and taxation.
Mrs Clara Beeri Kasser-Tee is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She has an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Ghana, (2015), a Q.C.L. from the Ghana Law School, (2009), an LLB from University of Ghana, (2007) and a B.A. (Hons.) in Philosophy with English, from the University of Ghana, (2004), among other certificates.
